Brutal money gouging management group. I own several condos and not one management group charges to change your buzzer phone number, these thieves charge $50. I guess it motivates me to go to the next meeting and try to start the process to change management group ~

If I had the option it would be zero stars ! Totally Terrible ! Park Homes was the builder what a coincidence that they gave Pinnacle a five star review. So lets start with Park Homes ... up until you sign the contract the nightmare begins. The cleaners stuffed garbage insulation poly down the bathroom drains and blocked the water flow. I had no insulation in my roof attic for 9 months even after several complaints. The house on possession date was filthy and dusty.
The garage pools water in summer and freezes winter and the garage door freezes shut to the floor so that I am trapped in the house. After two botched up repairs the garage floor is worse and now Park says the warranty is over and they should not have repaired it to begin with. The tiles that are in the show home kitchen are not the tiles they installed as they changed the specs without notice.

Now for Pinnacle I spoke to Rick today first time after leaving messages from last year, yesterday and today, totally RUDE unprofessional and unwilling to listen. Pinnacle has no responsibility in communication except for taking the condo fees and putting caveats on our property when we refuse to pay. The streets have not been cleaned, the windows have not been cleaned, the deficiencies from the builder from 2015 still have not been completed. The landscaping is a dump! We are not able to park in visitor parking as they cannot register the vehicles in the parking spots We have to park at the Superstore across the street if we have visitors. They do not respond or answer our concerns. They blocked all the residents from communicating for an online system that we pay for. They do not control any of the bylaws for dogs, dogs pee poop, garbage, decks, and screens on the decks. I have posted pictures for all of you to see what a mess and the way they have mismanaged our community feel free to come visit it just follow the signs to ATRIA or MUSE

We all know how busy property management companies are. But Rick makes time to help you. He made me feel like I mattered and deserved attention regardless of how small my issue and questions were. Thanks to Rick and his team for all the help straightening out a troubling situation!

I'm not sure who the bitter reviewers are, but Rick has been stellar with our building. Lived there for 6 years, nothing negative to say about him at all! Promptly addresses important issues, well prepared and organized at meetings, exceedingly polite and professional.

People need to consider continued excellence over time, and growth,
not just getting cranky if they are not satisfied.
This company manages more than just one building, and they need to adhere to all legal standards
and procedures. I'm grateful for all the hard work put in over the past many years, and it shows!

Our property has been with Pinnacle Realty and Management Inc. since the beginning. Rick Murti has personally looked after our property throughout most of that time. He has never been arrogant or rude. He has treated us fairly and honestly. Taking phone calls from us after hours, and taking a personal interest in our needs. He takes time to get to know you and has treated us like friends, not a business. He takes time to explain all the facets of condo regulations so we understand what we can/should do. He takes our concerns into consideration and helps us determine the right action for our property. I have no problem recommending his company to anyone looking for a property manager.

They raised my condo fees double in three months to including other tenants, they are going thru a legal or some sort of battle with boardwalk management, and tenants and home owners are paying for this dispute. I do not recommend this management, they will take advantage of you for their own personal gain.

I'm not sure who's posting all these "positive" reviews. Likely staff who work for the place, after seeing a number of negative reviews.

This companies reputation is not a good one, they are next to impossible to reach by telephone and when you do they are far from friendly. I'm frankly in shock our condo association hasn't fired this company (however our condo board is another story). A recent story aired on the media through Edmonton about how this company stuck a property with a huge repair bill is just the tip of the ice berg.

They refuse to work with owners (at least at our property). And make nothing but demands, you do realize your job is to take care of the property and make a good impression? That doesn't happen.

We are currently in the process of collecting the proper information required to replace our current condo board so that we can move into a position to replace them aswell as this company as our property management. Oddly 7 out of 10 people who own in our buildings agree this company is terrible.

If your looking for a good property management company this isn't one of them.

Hopefully we don't have to deal with them for much longer.

Had a beautiful ivy vine growing on the front of my home for many years. After our condo board switched to Pinnacle Realty & Management, they forced me to remove it and threatened me with charges from contractors they said they would hire to remove it if I did not comply. Phoned them many times to discuss it and was only ever able to reach their voicemail.

Have had several other issues with them in the past. Would rate zero star if able.
