Quick to respond to all means of contact and provided excellent service on short notice multiple times regarding the sale of my property and purchase of a new residence. My interaction with both Cindy and John was over an 8 month period and was complicated ( on my end ) to say the least.
I truly felt like I was there only client while both in the selling and buying process and I know this was not the case.
Cindy was quick with required documentation and John was quick (with short notice at times), to assist in multiple viewings for various options in effort to provide a new residence for myself after they assisted with the sale.
Really impressed with their commitment to responding in a very prompt manner to my questions and requests through out 7 days a week and often late into the evening.
I would recommend this team as it is obvious, both work well in tandem for the benefit of their client.

Team Raskob are top producers because they work hard and truly care about their clients. If you are considering a realtor, just stop Cindy and John will do the job for you. You will be well informed, updated and be connected to the associated teams if that is a requirement. In our experience Cindy and John were able to sell while other nearby properties sat. If you are just expecting them to list your property and let mls do the job you are in for a new experience. Yes, mls will the used together with local newspaper advertisements and extensive use of the LePage internal system. Give them a call and let them explain everything they do. Needless to say we were very happy selling and purchasing through Team Raskob. Once again we thank Cindy and John.
