My experience renting from them was great. They were very professional, respectful and helpful every step of the way. My security deposit was returned minus a couple reasonable deductions and I am no longer renting from them, making this is an unbiased review.

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff hasn't been the greatest. It seems like they might not be very attentive to the concerns of the residents and are solely focused on making money. I mentioned some cracks in the ceiling and walls because I was genuinely worried, but when Ken Fletcher came to take a look, he dismissed it as nothing to worry about. I know it's a serious issue because I had informed the previous owners about it, and they ended up selling the building a month later. On top of that, I suspect Ken of being dishonest. I had put $20 in an envelope with my name and unit number on it to use for laundry tokens, but when I checked back, they claimed they never received it. To make matters worse, the light in my kitchen has been out for over three weeks, and despite my complaints about noise, no actions have been taken. I don't think the owners know what kind of staff they have and how they are just there for the money and don't care about the residents or the business. If they continue to keep the same staff, particularly Ken, then they're going to lose business.

If I can give this company a negative star - like everyone else, I would have done so. Corrupt, incompetent and dishonest management. I curtretny rent with them and will be leaving in the next few months (work dependent). I have been renting with them for exactly 1 year now - an honest look is the staff are beyond lazy, they will lie to you about everything, will never fix anything and enter your unit without prior permission and leave a mess while doing so.

My biggest advice to anyone who needs a place to rent and if you do go with the Realty Store, put everything in writing via email. They will lie, make things up and try to screw you. I have about a 60 email paper trace and they have nothing on me even though will try and pin stuff on the tenants. Worst property company I have ever rented from and I cannot wait until I no longer need to deal with these incomeptent clowns. The unit I rent is nice, they just will not fix anything and the leasing ladies are dishonest, incompetent and brain dead. I would never suggest anyone rent from this place. All these 1 star reviews are honest and the company has no interest in improving their quality for the tenants. Poor work is done, lazy employees, no competencies and crooked management. Like I said put everything in email paper trail to them so they cannot back out and place the blame on the tenant. They will price gouge and increase rent every single chance they get and do not bother even trying to break your lease with these clowns. Worst Rental Company ever.

Moved in and the place was not clean, had paint chips and holes in the wall. And not clean. Moved out , cleaned the place spot less and whole damage deposit was taken. The amount of work/money I lost on because of other tenants with roaches and pests , was absolutely disgusting. it was at least 3-4 times in the span of 6 months we had to completely pack and move all out stuff . And the nerve to take our damage deposit .crooks

I stayed at Nestera. The owners and the Staff of The Realty Store are thieves. They only care about $$$ and will never be honest about the space or your life.
The owners are from India and do not care about your life, safety or health.
They will screw you over, given any chance and are not wort the air that they breathe. Because, if they are breathing, they are lying to you and themselves.
This group is not worth of 1 star but it’s the only choice I have.

If I could give negative stars I would give them -5 stars. They did not do their job in making sure the rental was in working order and move in ready. I was told they had the place professionally cleaned but there was feces in the condo. The appliances that came with it does not work and need to be replaced. They have not been easy to deal with. When we requested our money back they made it extremely difficult for us, having to drive 6+ hours to get cheques we were unable to deposit because of their mistakes. When we went in to have them fix the cheques they refused saying the people that do the cheques have left and we'd have to come back on Monday; we refused. Valerie (the only decent one to deal with) came out of her office she then said she could do a direct deposit with the money instead, this would have saved us time and money as we requested an e-tranfer before even leaving our home and was told they had no way of putting the money directly back into the account.

It's no surprise that the rating is so poor—I'm not the only one who has suffered due to their unprofessionalism. From the General Manager to the Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Assistant, the entire team is incompetent and unprofessional.
