Braden was recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law who used him to purchase their townhouse. I needed a realtor to help me purchase a duplex in Vancouver and sell my house in Langley. From the very first phone call Braden was there to help me through every step of the process. He doesn’t farm you off to an assistant, he answers all texts and phone calls almost immediately. He is a busy realtor, yet you somehow feel like you are his only client with the level of service he provides. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to get the best price for your house. He continuously follows up with other realtors and does a lot of work in the background to ensure your house gets sold. I have already recommended him to a friend and to a neighbour. As a first-time home buyer and new to Canada, I am very grateful to have found Braden who helped us find and secure a townhome that was a good match for our needs. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Braden to purchase my very first condo. Right from the start he was open, communicative and completely willing to answer all the questions I pelted him with. I don't usually write reviews but this one is overdue. I have used Braden as my realtor on the sales and purchases of my last 2 homes. I wouldn't use any other realtor and consider him like family. Always through the process, he has been there for me and answered any questions I may have had. He always followed up with the other realtors and truly aimed to do what was best for me with absolutely no pressure. He always got me the best price on my sales and on my purchases with the goal being to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the end result. He truly goes above and beyond. I love his motto "don't ask, don't get" and I use it in my everyday life. Thank you again Braden for all you have done for me.
