I have been scammed by Daniel St. Jean and the REITE Club!!! I attended a REITE club event last year in 2022 where Daniel St. Jean was promoting the RWA strategy and Costa Rica investment opportunity, and I ended up in their email list. I ended up investing in a Hansport project in Nova Scotia thinking I was investing in Canada, just to find out months later that Daniel St. Jean took mine and 235+ people's money to Greece on some deal we did not sign up for. He has stopped making my interest payments and has not paid anyone's principal back. Daniel St. Jean, Laurel Simmons (his wife) and the REITE Club founders (Alfonso Salemi and Sarah Larbi) are all aware of this scam!!! They have ruined many people's lives and swindled their retirement money. Neither the police nor the Ontario Securities Commission who are fully aware of them have done anything. Do not invest with any of these people!!

I invested in a deal with Daniel St. Jean, who is one of the founders of the REITE club in November 2022. I signed a mortgage agreement stating I would receive monthly interest for a year until completion of the deal. I stopped receiving interest payments in February 2023. I came to realize 200+ investors are in the same boat. Currently it is July and we have no concrete updates. I am very concerned that I, along with all these investors, will never see our money again.

Investors BEWARE!! I lent money to REITE club co-founder Daniel St-Jean and have not been paid back!
I met him at real estate learning events he hosted through this REITE club he founded along with Laurel Simmons (his wife), Alfonso Salemi and Sarah Larbi.
Daniel contacted me by email about a year ago looking for investors to participate in a project he was raising capital for. After lending him the money, a few months later I started hearing about other investors who he hasn’t been paying back because of supposedly unforeseen delays in other projects he is involved in. Since then, it’s been heartache and stressful anxiety being informed of constant delays leaving a lot of people wondering if we’ll ever get our money back. Many haven’t been getting interest payments since a while back and now hundreds of us are no longer being paid interest on borrowed money lent to him.
I decided to write a review here because I don’t want more people to have to live through this.
This must stop and the only way I can think of is to help get the word out about this.
Please don’t let this happen to you!

WARNING - I know people who have invested with Daniel Saint John and the REITE club and have lost all there money with no explanation. Please stay away from anyone affiliated with the REITE club to keep your money safe
