Vacances en famille et dès notre prise en charge par Michael Tsegaye à l’accueil, ces vacances sont devenues des vacances de rêve. Professionnalisme, écoute et serviabilité sont les maîtres mots de Michael.

A mon arrivé à l'hotel, J'ai appris qu'il avait annulé ma réservation car je devais selon leur information arrivé une journée avant pourtant ma confirmation disait le contraire cela ma coutée une nuitée. Durant mon séjour la toilette n'a jamais été fonctionnel même si plusieurs personne sont venu pour la réparé.

Ma conjointe et moi terminons tout juste un superbe séjour au Rizt-Carlton Pentagone City. L'hôtel est stratégiquement situé à deux pas d'une bouche de métro à deux stations de l'aéroport Ronald Reagan. Joint à l'hotel est un très beau centre d'achat, vaste et pourvu de suberbes boutiques. Face à l'hotel, se trouve un Costco qui permet d'acheter presque tout. Par un passage donnant sur le rez-de-chaussée du centre d'achat, il est possible d'accéder à une superbe terrasse. Bravo

This is my third stay and I continue to appreciate the quality of the hotel and the stellar service. The rooms beds and linens were luxurious. The service from the front desk and housekeeping was top notch. While it would have been nice to be within walking distance from the sights, we could see the Washington monument and The Capitol dome from our room. There is a Metro stop across the street. The airport is very convenient to the hotel and it’s very easy to get a cab at the front door. I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby and in our room. There was a safe but the frig wasn’t usable for personal items (you could rent one from the front desk for a fee) and no microwave.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for approximately 10 years when we visit Washington, DC to run the Army Ten Miler. We've always been impressed with the cleanliness of it and the service, but over the past two years both have become increasingly worst. ||This year we visited from October 10-14, 2024. We upgraded to a suite and from the minute we got off the elevator, I immediately noticed spots on the carpet and the long mirror in the hall had smears. I didn't think much of the mirror, but for 4 days it was not cleaned and I'm certain the housekeeping staff had to have noticed. When we went into our suite, the couch was old and sunk in. It was dingy and had a slight odor. I sprayed it with Lysol, hoping to freshen it up. The chairs and tables were also old and worn down. The televisions were outdated smart tvs that could not access Amazon or any popular apps. The tv guide was unreadable. Also, the bathroom filter was dirty and tile was stained. The drain cover was rusty. The bed sheets were somewhat dingy and not a clean white color like you would expect of the Ritz Carlton brand. ||I was extremely disappointed in seeing how old and unkept this hotel has become. We have always looked forward to our DC trip to stay at this hotel, but I am really considering whether we want to return. We have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and it appears that the owners are unconcerned about the general appearance of the hotel. ||One morning we had breakfast at Sante. The staff was friendly, but the food was not appetizing. The scrambled eggs were not warm and the bacon was somewhat greasy. Again, this was not what we expected of a hotel with the Ritz Carlton name.||The service was adequate at times, but lacking at others. In the past after running 10 miles, there would be towels, cold sport drinks, fruit and energy bars for the runners when we returned to the hotel. This year, I saw a few bottles of water and a few apples in a bowl near the elevator that had been there from our arrival 2 days earlier. How did such a great hotel downgrade their standard so drastically, but continue to charge extremely high prices? I am disturbed but hoping management will restore the quality of the Ritz Carlton name.||Lance & Stella Patterson

I have been staying at this hotel for the last decade given its prime location for the Pentagon and some think tanks. It has steadily declined over that period to its current state of shabby physical plant and very poor service. It feels like Marriott is testing to see how bad they can make the experience (and thus how profitable it can be for them) without guests actually rebelling and leaving. My most recent stay made me come very close. A three hour wait for a simple delivery to my room. Room service that simply never answers the phone, even after (no kidding) 100 rings. Broken AC. Threadbare robe and towels. It’s not all bad; many individual staffers are trying hard, but they are overwhelmed. Pity. It used to be a pretty good property but now it is just being milked for profit.
