I recently had the privilege of staying at The Roy, a stunning condominium building located in the heart of downtown Halifax, NS. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was captivated by its sheer elegance and beauty. The Roy is undeniably a five-star experience that goes above and beyond expectations.

First and foremost, the water views at The Roy are absolutely mesmerizing. As I gazed out from my private balcony, the sight of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean stretching as far as the eye could see left me breathless. It truly felt like a dream come true to wake up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning. Whether it was the early morning sunrise or the twinkling lights of the city at night, the views from The Roy were nothing short of magical.

The attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the utmost luxury at The Roy is evident in every aspect of the building. The interior design is exquisite, combining modern aesthetics with a touch of sophistication. The furnishings are tastefully chosen, and the overall ambiance exudes a sense of refinement and tranquility. Another standout aspect of The Roy is its prime location in downtown Halifax. The building is conveniently situated near a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops, allowing for easy exploration of the vibrant local scene. Whether it was strolling along the picturesque waterfront, indulging in delicious seafood, or immersing myself in the city's rich history, everything was just a stone's throw away.

I would never stay or visit this place again. They have a faulty garage elevator you need to use in order to park your car where the garage doors close ON YOUR CAR if you don't drive in in the amount of time they deem suitable. The sensors are faulty and it crushed the top of my suv. The Roy assumed no responsibility. Worst place ever.

New and deluxe complex but got flooded in gym. It’s not a good experience when you paid for the gym but cannot use it for 6 months.
Updates: do not live here if you drive EV, the management spent years to make EV chargers available to the tenants even now it’s not setup yet.
