Many shops and big stores are up in this location. The parking lots in many areas need work many potholes or I would give a five star. Also never try and leave out the main exit by Chick-fil-A the stop signs are horrendous with traffic coming in.

Im not sure if they forgot to pay the light bill or they're just cheap. The streetlights don't come on until after all of the shops are closed. Security is a joke. Not one single trash can is ever dumped. Flowers/landscaping is pretty though.

It is a good place to go shopping for the day and have a lot of restaurants there too so you can visit different stores and have some lunch or dinner. There are also banks and other small businesses located there so if you have some errands to run you can do that while shopping. There are also hotels located near to stay if you choose and have recreational places like a movie theater and go-karts and there is a YMCA building with a large outdoor playground for kids.

The stores themselves are great and I appreciate having such a shopping and dining area in the northern part of town. However, the parking lots and roads going through much of the shopping center are like driving across the surface of the moon. You know you've made it into the parking space when your tires sink 6 inches into the holes created by people's tires. It's been this way for years. Then when pulling out of the lot, you have to try to see around the bushes that are blocking the view at several locations, which is dangerous.

Love this little shoppette. There is everything you could want. From furniture store to $5 and below. It's super clean. You can tell they hold high standards for their businesses' appearance. Now the people working in all these shops, I'm not reviewing them. Just the place itself. The structure which appear to be sound. Very clean, altho the main entrance needs stop lights I feel.

Listen, it's not Zona Rosa, but it's got quite the variety. The food options are limited, but there's a Chipotle, so I can't complain. The traffic can get horrendous at peak times, but this is largely the function of the drivers themselves, a vast majority of which might be more comfortable (and less of a road hazard to others) in a gated Floridian community.

Love it because everything you ever need is there except a place to get your hair done. Wish that on the side was more parking. We went to the new store Home Goods. Very good selection but you have to watch the prices. Some are just to much but some are cheaper. Definitely going to go back from the Christmas shopping. The lady at the check out could be nicer.
