This is a nice little.complex, Edo, Timmies, and a Rexall are my frequent visit options here.
The parking set up is a little strange in a few places, so especially if you are not familiar with it and it is winter, don't try any shortcuts through the parking lot, there are likely berms under the snow. (Every winter cars get stuck on them)

Nice little strip mall area at the end of West Edmonton. Got all you need except gas. Just cross the road to Safeway across the street to get it. Clean place and great shops around.

Newer strip mall with several businesses, restaurants, and a large Rexall Pharmacy.

Updated: an increase or new staff at the Rexall has decreased wait times.

Personally, I avoid the Tim Hortons here - poor service and way longer wait times than other locations on my typical routes.

Well kept overall. Snow removal is typically accomplished the same day, and maintenance issues appear to be taken care of immediately.

Its a pretty decent timmies here, nothing putnof the ordinary and nothing special. They get the orders right and it doesn't get too busy. The baker on shift that day did an awesome job!
