Brand-new smart building, keys are not needed. The app in your phone will unlock the doors and and push buttons to open them if your hands are occupied.
Very hard working staff and promptly responded for any issues.
Super friendly security guards.
Lounge is my second office with comfy sofa and sturdy table.
Come and take a look. You will definitely love the Switch.

Downtown Edmonton just levelled up with the opening of The Switch. The building itself is stunning and sits in the heart of an exciting development. The leasing staff and property management are always friendly and helpful. 24/7 security feels super safe. There are great cafes and food options here. They’re constantly adding more amenities, including a huge public plaza. I'm particularly excited about the upcoming Nordic-themed fitness centre. Can’t wait!

A great building with even greater staff. I'm from out of town and they had given me a move in date, but the building wasn't ready to move in, so they put me up in a nice hotel for 17 days and gave me $1000 for food expenses while I was there. They also provided a large storage container in the basement of the building safely tucked away for all my stuff and hired movers to bring my stuff up when it was time to move in. They have gone above and beyond for me and I am very grateful to them.

10/10 gotta move in while units are available.
