Incredible customer service from this place. Had four large boxes, ran into some issues, Ana and Juan helped us.

Ana was very patient and went through each package detail carefully. Juan made sure he could make the box fit. And both had an incredible attitude, attention to customer service, and ensure our weekend was off to a great start. Feels good to have a neighborhood UPS store that truly makes us feel like neighbors.

Highly recommend using this store for shipping needs!

I love this UPS store, I come here all the time to drop off my packages and do my Amazon returns. The employees here are so nice and they work fast to in order to accommodate to everyone’s needs. I’ve been to a lot of other UPS stores in the area and I can confidently say this is one of the best stores by far. Highly recommend this UPS store!

This is my GO TO UPS store. I am not going to lie, i have been to over numerous UPS stores and this is byfar MY FAVORITE!! major shout outs to Bash and Juan, the sweetest and most friendliest and most helpful guys. I'm a newborn mom and having to assist me in bringing me packages from my car to assisting me on the way out, no better customer service than that. Super patient when you have issues with Amazon too, helping you navigate that dumb app as well.... You guys truly are awesome! Thanks, Bash/Juan. :)))

This review is for the UPS store on Irvine BLD. I have been to my fair share of UPS stores and never had any issues. This store has a very rude and unfriendly employee. I wish I would have gotten his name. I only have the employee number, he was very unpleasant to deal with. I will not be ever returning to this store again. Or will I recommend friends or neighbors or family.

I recently dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon. I did not notice that the Amazon instructions stated for me to wrap the package myself. The gentleman at UPS was very kind and insisted on wrapping my package at no cost to me. I am definitely a loyal customer here.
