We recently had the experience of working with Jason Balsdon from Vanguard.. We have never had a worse experience buying a property! We live in Toronto so we decided to go with him on the recommendation of a friend of mine which was a great mistake we made.. I could write a whole book on this but long story short we were extremely disappointed with his service, he acted like he is the selling agent, pushing hard to submit an unrealistic offer for the house.. did nothing on our behalf.. didn't even share the value of the home until we made an offer on the property... and after closing, the seller left our house extremely dirty that we requested our agent to inform the selling agent to clear the property which he did nothing about. He in-fact did nothing for the interest of the buyer. We dont recommend this agent!!

Jason from the Vanguard Team has done an outstanding job for us. Jason has sold two properties for us and we currently have another property listed with him. Jason knows the market! He gave us great advice throughout the transactions and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. The two houses we sold with him received multiple showings and multiple offers….
