I like this place! Living in a city near the bus stop, which can brings you to any directions, metro station just in 7 minutes walk or just 3-4 minutes by bus. There is a big park with a beautiful lake and tennis court just in 3 minutes walk and two playgrounds. Our daughter loves the area! But most of all this place is liked by our dog - this area is pets friendly and this is just amazing ! Manager of the building Arina is very nice and she will easily guide you all around the building, will help and give an answer to any questions you have as new tenant. As a bonus yesterday night we just enjoyed polar lights from our balcony, what can be better! 🥰

A beautiful and new house. We live here as a family with a child and our dog. There is a city trolley bus stop near the house. The metro station is an 8-minute walk away. There is also a beautiful park and a lake nearby, where we go for a walk almost every day. And from our balcony you can see a magical view of the mountains, it's exciting. Very friendly staff, I would especially like to mention the manager Arina, who is always friendly and professional in her work.

I lived at the Victoria for around 2 years and moved out recently. This location is absolutely amazing, not only it is close to various transportation, but also a very quiet and calm place to call home.

The building manager, Arina, is being extremely kind and helpful during the time I stayed here. She assisted me with professional manner and being efficient for all the procedures.

I lived at the Victoria for 2 years and moved out recently. It was one the best building I’ve lived. It’s pet friendly, very clean, connivance location, close to sky train, it’s like community I really had a great experience with the building manager Arina. She is very friendly, helpful and take care of the unit and building. Arina is the best. I strongly recommend this building with this wonderful management team

I love this building. Arina is a wonderful person she is the building manager. She is kind and friendly. We have a beautiful community area, we have a dog wash área too. I love everything is always clean and tidy. Neighbors are quite and relax people. In general I love this building. We are happy here.

My experience at The Victoria has been wonderful since December. I like that this building is pet-friendly and is consistently well-maintained by the building manager, Arina. She promptly addresses my inquiries and resolves any issues. I'm looking forward to spending the summer here and would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a place to live.

Excellent building. Very well built and definitely designed with the tenants in mind, with it being family/pet friendly.

Building has a gym, barbeque, and a great open area/kids play area.

2025 Update:
The new building management (Habitat) is great to work with when issues arise. Kris and Arina are always on top of everything and respond quickly to any questions / requests.

Highlight recommend the building if you're looking for a new home.

Nice area, walkable to Commercial Drive and super close to Trout Lake. Arina the Building Manager is lovely and accommodating and Roger with his custodial team do a wonderful job. I was a tenant for over 2 years. The gym is great and the units have new appliances. Wood frame construction building, windows are triple paned so the Skytrain sound is minimal.
