Wes possesses essential qualities we found very useful, and his communication, negotiation and his professionalism is unmatched. Being detail-oriented persons ourselves, we found that Wes was also very detailed and specific when he performed the inspection and appraisal value of our home. Wes knows to look for problems and suggested a simple repair task and this helped us immensely in order to sell our property. For example, he gave us a tip to repair a deck part (a ledger board) to ensure everything is safe and in top shape for showings. After all, a deck spends 365 days a year exposed to the elements. This gave us a better understanding and helped us overcome our fear of finding the right price for our home, location and timing.
