Moved into the building a year ago, the leasing team made it so easy for me and ensured my suite was in get condition when I got it. All maintenance requests have been completed within a timely matter. The office staff are really helpful and compassionate too! Love living here

The current manager is just the best person ever, so kind, very nice and does a good job. building is kept in good condition. there is currently no parking available due to on going renovations but maybe one day there will be. some things take longer to fix than others but from my experience it will get done eventually. Pet friendly place is a plus.

Dont move here... Terrible up keep. They wont talk to you if you have any problems. Wont fix anything. lots of cockroach and bed bugs in building. REnter beware.

no help after emailing them. dont be fooled.
