This has been an arduous journey that started in March 2023 putting my home in Mississauga on the market. The Mississauga market was very volatile and it wasn’t until September 2023 that I was ready to start looking for a new home in London.
I was referred by my Real Estate Agent in Mississauga to The Wilson Sisters Realty in London – specifically Melanie Wilson (Mel).

When I started working with Mel, I was also going through the final stages of the sale of my business in Mississauga; including a legal dispute. I needed a team that would take some heat off me, truly understand what I was looking for in a home and a neighborhood in a new city that checked off all the boxes; and I was very specific with what I wanted.

Mel delivered on everything! She is very professional, and very knowledgeable of the London market, including “good & not so good neighborhoods”. She made a point of understanding “me”, not just another client. Communication was very timely… any time I called, emailed, or texted Mel she got back to me right away. She constantly updated me with new listings as they hit the market. If I couldn’t come out to see new “just listed” homes, Mel visited the homes and produced videos for me to save me the trip. She also has a “book” of tradespeople for everything from painting to re: sanding a patio stone driveway.

Mel found me the perfect home that also happens to be a stone’s throw away from friends I know in London. I highly recommend Mel if you are moving to London or moving in London.
