I have experience from both the selling and buying with Robin and Todd. It was nothing but the best in all aspects. They handled the hurdles we went through on the buying side with patience and grace. They were there for every inquiry we had, every property we wanted to see without hesitation.
The knowledge they have in the real estate market was top notch.
From the sale side.. what can I say. This was our first time selling a home. The entire process was explained to us in great detail and we were always kept in the loop.

Todd and Robin are the consummate professionals. When we recently sold our house, Todd said "You have to paint" and we disagreed. Robin said "You need to stage" and we questioned it. I do not recommend at all. Very malicious behavior, and lack of responsiveness. We were buyers in a situation where Robin was representing the sellers. Completed a water test for us since the seller did not want us to do it, but failed to provide the results to us which indicated that the water was not safe to drink. Too many more examples to be able to list.
