To tell the truth I was afraid to sell home to a private buyer instead of putting it up for sale myself. I took a chance and got a estimate. I sold to the private home buyers because they gave me a fair price and a few extra things. I am a very happy woman!! They were good to me and fulfilled all they promised. I would definitely recommend them!!! I was dealing with Jason, who is awesome!!

I called ThePrivateHomeBuyers to get a better understanding of what my house was worth before listing it on the London real estate board. Naturally, I was a bit skeptical of what they would offer, with the understanding that many private buyers operate by paying the bare minimum. Jason was awesome to deal with and ended up connecting me to some investors who came forward with a great offer. After deciding to list my house on the market instead, it turned out that the private offer would have netted me more money. Lesson learned but a great experience overall - I would recommend this company to anyone interested in selling their home.

Throughout the process of selling our home, we met and dealt with about a dozen different individuals from various companies and backgrounds, including a couple realtors. A decision such as this one cannot be taken lightly as there are so many factors to consider when choosing someone to work with on a transaction of this caliber. Many of the individuals we considered could not give us direct answers when asking detailed questions about how their practice works or tell us what we could expect in terms of a legitimate offer with a solid closing date.
Jason was an absolute standout from all of them right from the first time he viewed our home and sat down to introduce himself. We had actually accepted another conditional offer that we were locked in with just hours prior to meeting Jason, but as soon as we met him, my intuition and own personal experience with running multi million dollar customer service based companies suggested to me that he was someone I would much rather prefer to do business with. We notified him of our situation as he presented his offer, and continued to communicate and keep in touch with him while we were locked into the other agreement. That other offer ended up falling thru as we were strung along for weeks by empty promises, a total breakdown in communication, and continuous delays costing us valuable time and money. I was frankly relieved to get out of that contract and saw that as my opportunity to reach out to Jason, which I did immediately. He operated with true transparency at all times, and was personable and friendly to talk to, while constantly taking the time and consideration to thoroughly communicate and explain each step of the process; what we could expect, and the time frame it would happen within. He made us a great offer that was amongst the highest of all that we received. Most importantly, he was genuine, honest, and completely consistent in all aspects of his operations and communications. Several other buyers/companies either used scare tactics to pressure us into signing with them quickly, or gave us unrealistic figures to entice us, but ultimately could not follow thru with their investors, which ended up wasting a great deal of our time.
Once we committed to working with Jason and his company, Private Home Buyers, everything flowed seamlessly, just as he had described it would, and it was truly a pleasurable experience to go thru. He even took care of all the details surrounding closing off our utilities for the property upon closing so we would not incur any futher costs.
I have bought and sold several properties before and had always previously used a realtor. After working with Jason and going through this whole process, I would certainly recommend this route to anyone who is considering selling their home and would suggest nobody other than Jason and the Private Home Buyers to work with. I give them my highest recommendations and regards.
