We’ve lived with thrive in Riverview for a year now and can not say enough amazing things. From application, move in and maintenance, everything is a breeze! In house management has things taken care of same day and they help keep everything clean and safe.

This is the worst management I have ever dealt with. They wasted two months of our time, and in the end, we didn’t even get the apartment. Don’t expect any timely responses – after visiting and liking The Oak Apartments, it became clear that the management was terrible. The person handling our case would give us just one reply per day, making it feel like they were deliberately finding new ways to avoid renting out the apartments. Absolutely frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Our experience with Thrive Properties management was beyond disappointing. Despite visiting and expressing interest in one of the Apartments, we were met with constant delays and no clear communication. Every simple query took days to get a response. After two months of back-and-forth, they failed to deliver on anything. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

All their buildings are top notch, clean, safe and ultra modern with tons of extra amenities and all in the best locations. Their management team is very professional, courteous and always available. Thrive Properties is an excellent company
