To my disbelief, the whole experience turns to a nightmare once completion date hit, from efficient to slacking (a hard STRESSFUL bullet to swallow, affecting my whole well being!). The service is contradictory to the high google review rate that I expect when I researched ahead of the purchase. I need to wrestle constantly and escalate to get the services. I did not have to go through like this before with BOSA and Concord Pacific.

Sadly, the dishwasher (stopped mid cycle) and clothes washer (leaking water) are not working properly for first time use in reality. Painfully, neither the Midland Appliance dealer is helpful, I have to deal with the warranty and repair companies directly since end of November till now, running around so many times which I do not get paid like the staff. I want to ask if you were me as a customer yourself?
