Tim assisted me last year in buying my first home. It was a delicate and somewhat stressful process as there was not much inventory at the time in Langford and Colwood.
His patience and support were evident throughout the process. He was quick to answer emails and phone calls and schedule viewing as soon as a property would come on the market. He also provided several referrals to contractors and other information I needed down the road once the home was purchased. In the end, I am happy with the home even if the learning curve has been huge. I have witnessed the benefits and independence of owning a small home, versus a townhouse, which was the original plan.
