This is the second time I have had issues with the same delivery driver. I wished I could do no stars! I had a Mother’s Day order from Ulta that she delivered completely across town. I know this because I checked the delivery status which showed left on front porch and it wasn’t my door. So I called Lasership Orlando and they did a “GPS” tracking and it was delivered 14 miles from my address and the house numbers were not even close. I complained and they defended their driver. The next day she showed up with my package pulled in my driveway and threw it in my yard. I walked outside and confronted her and she said she didn’t speak English, picked up the package handed it to me and left. Today she delivered my husbands work boots which are not cheap and but much needed for his job and left them on top of my mailbox on our very busy street where anyone could have taken them. She then turned around in my driveway and left, all caught on camera. Anyone could have pulled up and grabbed that box and left with it. I will cancel any order they are the delivery company on from now on. They are horrible and obviously very lazy!!!

I HATE this company. Every single time I have an item shipped through them it is always late and damaged. And when you call customer service you will be on hold a minimum of 15 minutes before you speak to someone who provides no actual resolve to the issues at hand. They will tell you to contact seller as though they have no blame or responsibility for your damaged package. If you can prevent having items shipped through LaserShip then that is your best bet. My package looks as though they opened it, rifled through it then sloppily taped it back together. The box was already breaking and losing form by the time I received it.

TERRIBLE delivery service. Had to deal with it due to merchant choice. Made up that I have rejected the delivery, after customer service call, was promised to have re delivery same day. Of course never got it. Next day they made up that the merchant requested the shipment back, which was not accurate after checking with merchant. Package is not moving, they have it in their facility for a week. Strange, isn't the merchant requested it back? Maybe they are trying on items they never delivered to me?

It is unbelievable that with over 700 1 star reviews this company is still in business. I ordered from Zara and was on the phone inquiring because my package status stated “ out for delivery “ for an entire day and by this time it was 8pm. While on the phone and standing on my porch my package was suddenly and mysteriously marked as “delivered” while I was on the phone. Funny thing is I have 2 Ring cameras one that records cars from as far as my two side neighbors and my driveway. The other records from my front door to the sidewalk. The Ring door camera shows me standing on the porch on hold with them, and the garage camera shows no cars at or near my house prior to or after my package was marked delivered. These people are absurd and I will never again order an item from a merchant if they use this shipping company. I am baffled as to why these merchants have not seen the horrible reviews on this Orlando distribution center. Rest assure I will be providing Zara copies of my camera videos expecting a full refund immediately. As far as I am concerned, they can have the items ordered, they probably stole them anyways! My only consolation is I doubt they will look half as hot as I would have in them! SMH

Says “attempted delivery” but I was home all day and it never came. Extremely difficult to get ahold of and would not disclose the facility address or phone number. It’s been 5 days and they still haven’t made any updates of my package’s whereabouts or even attempted to contact me.

Update: after assuring me several times that my package was at the facility and it would be delivered within 1-2 business days, they finally sent me an email and informed me that my package is lost.

Thieves, straight thieves. Stole my package and put a pair of under armor shoes inside to fake it. Honestly first time I Hit on Snrks and this happens. What a shame on you guys. Honestly sad just sad. Everyone reaps what the sow. So I hope you guys are proud of yourselfs.

Absolutely the worst delivery company, wish I could give 0 stars. The first time having a package delivered by them they left my package outside of the complex mailboxes, not inside of a parcel locker or at my front door but literally on the sidewalk.

The second time I tried to have a package delivered, they claim they attempted delivery to my door (which I know that never happened. I work from home, I'm home all the time). Regardless, they marked the package as "undeliverable". That same day I called and spoke with a rep who confirmed my address was correct and advised me they would bring the package within 2 business days, I even provided specific instructions on how to find my unit just in case for the driver. 3 business days later I call back because my package was still not delivered and the rep says "oh yeah, well it looks like we lost your package. Sorry about that is there anything else I can do?".

...just wanted to add that I posted this about a week ago and since then they have lost another package.

Seriously I don't know why they have such a bad review but my experience they send me a text that my package was going to come in today and that's exactly what happened I received my package got here on time and in good condition so the only thing I can say was that they did a great job.
