Tom represented us while buying our first home. Since it’s our first, I don’t have much to compare to. We found a house we were interested in and we asked him to represent us because he was selling another home we had looked at. We wanted to close and move in quickly, which he helped us do. When I think back on the experience there is one thing that threw me a bit. My husband purchased the house, so it was mainly his name on all the paperwork. Well, we received a Christmas card 4 months after purchasing and it was made out to myself and the previous owner of the house… it made us feel as if he doesn’t pay attention to his clients and just rushed through things. Although it doesn’t directly reflect his abilities to help clients sell or buy, it makes us hesitant to recommend him to people we know.
