Tony Z and his team are a great bunch of people to work with. Their marketing skills are comprehensive– lawn signage, open house signage at main intersections, online marketing including a video for virtual browsers , hard copies of brochures & floor plans at the house for prospects to take with them after each showing. It was plain to see they knew what they were doing.

Everyone on Tony’s team promptly replied to any calls, emails or texts I made to them. Tony would personally call me after every showing to give me feedback from the prospective purchaser’s realtor. I was kept very well informed regarding what was happening in the market and strategic ideas to consider, regarding the marketability of my home. We all celebrated when my house was purchased - their hard work and effort had paid off.

From the moment we contacted Tony asking for some advice on selling our condo to the accepting of the offer and removal of subjects the process was seamless.
