The staff is friendly, and it’s a great place for realtors to manage their fees and other administrative tasks. However, the yearly fees have been steadily increasing, especially after the recent additions. This makes it increasingly challenging for members to maintain their accounts in this market. To address this issue, the company should offer more benefits.

The building offers a variety of spaces, including a cafe and a decent store. However, the phone helpline is notoriously slow, and I’ve had to wait almost an hour on hold just to get a basic question answered. This is a major inconvenience and wastes a significant amount of time for members.

On a positive note, the building does offer free parking for members only. Overall, while the building has some great features, the poor customer service and increasing fees are major drawbacks.

Avoid at all costs.
My experience with the realtors at Realm Real Estate was deeply disappointing. They were unprofessional, unresponsive, and left me feeling judged rather than supported. Basic communication was a struggle — messages went unanswered, follow-ups were ignored, and when I did get a response, the attitude was cold and dismissive. There was a clear lack of courtesy and care throughout the process.

I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this agency. There are plenty of professionals in the industry who take pride in their work and treat clients with respect — sadly, that was not the case here.

Protect your agents. House sigma shouldn’t receive data quicker than realtor.ca be better. I keep complaining about it but no one wants to do anything about it. Check your emails and voicemails.

TRREB is a great organization. The staff are friendly and personable and they offer great courses for real estate agents at reasonable prices. Don’t forget to stop at the realtor store on your next visit for all the real estate goodies you can dream of.

Incompetence at its best. The mandatory orientation courses are a joke. Overcrowded classes without enough desks and electrical outlets.

FEES due the same month as Christmas is so inconsiderate. Especially with the forced health care plan that nobody wants. It should be optional. The lame plan does not benefit me in anyway. I do not take medication so why the hell am I forced into paying for this? Who is benefiting from it?

First and foremost, the new washrooms are a game-changer. They are clean, modern, and a significant improvement from my last visit. It's a small but essential detail that enhances the overall experience.

The new parking system also deserves a mention. It's more efficient and user-friendly, which makes parking hassle-free, especially in a bustling area like Toronto.

Beyond the physical improvements, the staff's professionalism and helpfulness continue to shine. Whether you're a real estate professional or a visitor, they make you feel welcome and valued.
