Life at Tower Hill is incredibly stress-free and cosy! All utilities are included (water, heating, electricity), and the building offers a fantastic fibre internet deal—200 Mb/s for just $50-60. The management team is exceptional, always going above and beyond. I was thrilled when the maintenance team cleared snow from my parking spot during winter! While driving up the hill can be a bit slippery in icy weather, it’s always well-gritted and safe. The view is stunning, with a direct line of sight across the Legislative Assembly of Alberta. Truly a wonderful place to live—I wish I could give it six stars.

It was the best experience renting a home! We stayed at Tower Hill for a year and a half and never had any problems. Nice building and good service in the office. Nice gym with basic equipment. Everything is clean. I would like to give a special mention to the building manager Mackenzie! Too bad she doesn't work in the building anymore.... No wonder she got a promotion. The best! The new manager Vikrant is a great guy too! He's been very helpful. We can recommend Tower Hill as your new home! And special love for Mackenzie.

Mackenzie, she is great. Been here a couple years and love the service she provides. However, when a job is getting done that can be messy, maintenance team is worst for cleaning, dusty, sawdust everything and no cleaning done at all! Promised it was going to get clean and nothing. It's not Mackenzies, mistake, the protocol for boardwalk to hold integrity, the maintenance team should bring a cleaner come in. Next time, do I even bother put a request in and let things deteriorate in my unit. No point asking next time.

Mackenzie is fantastic from the start. Been here for 6 ish months and she’s amazing. She’s professional and keeps the place running well. No complaints about anything. Clean and well maintained. No creepy homeless people around. I love it here

Its a nice place to live and we’ve living in tower hill from last 5 years, it is really safe and secure building. Our building cleaner lady kathy plays a great role in keeping this building clean and tidy.

We lived in this apartment for a year and a half, and it was really great for our family. The propertymanager, Mackenzie, was super nice and the best manager we've ever had. The building was always clean and very quiet, with great sound insulation which was awesome. If you needed something, Mackenzie and the maintenance team were quick to help and very friendly. I totally suggest this place to anyone looking for a good place to live.
