Dr Hanna is an amazing doctor! She is the one person we look forward to seeing when we need to. We're so grateful for her. She's kind and experienced, and extremely in-depth, even caring about not so obvious issues - things that may be what's needed to properly diagnose a condition. 10 outta 5!
The receptionists are awesome as well! So so lovely!
I only wish they sent email reminders about appointments and sent follow ups on tests done.
In all, I love this team! They're a family.

The WORST clinic I've ever been to. Been trying for years to give them many chances, and I'm just over it. My family doctor there is good, but she will not refill my REQUIRED prescriptions through the pharmacy, the front end staff are terrible at their jobs, no one ever answers the phone, they put you on hold until you hang up or they just hang up on you, you're never greeted when you go into the clinic, they're quite rude, and when I try to go there in person, their doors are always locked. And due to the negligence of both the front end staff and my family doctor, I have now gone 2 weeks without medication. Needless to say, I will never step foot in that clinic again and I will be finding a new family doctor.

I always been in this clinic and love coming here coz the staff were nice. Got 3 family doctors here and now they move to another city. I lost my health card and call them if I can come because im not feeling well! And i can bring any identification as a proof i have my health card and just lost it and waiting for replacement. The lady told me I need to really bring my health card because they dont have a proof that was me. They can asked me personal question and sometimes when I go there i call them and make appointment with just my phone number and now she said I cant come in. And really need my health card. Crazy! J went to urgent care and Im in. Cant come to this clinic anymore staff are new love the older staff they have .
