Comfortable large rooms, hotel staff are friendly, helpful, hard working. The first floor flooded due to last hurricane Milton and the staff are working hard to renovate,.so noisy at times. Gym and pool flooded so are closed at this time.
Coffee is excellent!

The staff worked their bums off assisting during the hurricane, and they were in a bad position because not only did we lose power but the first floor flooded. They all deserve bonuses. The room itself was adequate and has a nice sized refrigerator and kitchenette area.

I’m a Marriott member and this hotel is outstanding. I’m a baseball parent and Sylvia went out of her way to make my stay here a pleasurable one. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Lakeland . Sylvia always has a smile and has the best customer service. Thank you Sylvia for making my stay great. I stayed in room 202.

Great location close to many restaurants, the mall and highway. They have electric charging stations. Free breakfast til 9am. Beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious.

The other reviews say that this hotel was not on par, but honestly we had a great experience. The hotel was CLEAN not filthy. The room was nice and spacious. Pet friendly. Nice location if wanting to tour FSU. Nice facility, warm water

The stay was good. The staff was super kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern. My only complaints are that the beeping in the elevators is way too loud—completely unnecessary and not really an accessibility feature; even deaf folks can hear it!

The food on my first morning there was another issue. Whoever decided that frozen bags of turkey sausage, which tasted like they were warmed in a hot tub, was a good breakfast item needs a new job. I was in the Navy for 10 years, and that was the worst sausage I've ever stuck in my mouth. Yes, I understand how that sounds, and I don't care!

Aside from the sad breakfast, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay again.

I booked with our team to stay here during our tournament and upon arrive the front desk personnel were friendly. The hotel looked nice but as soon as we walked into our room I seen a roach. I figured maybe it was just one so we dropped our stuffed and headed out. When we got back there were more. I called front desk to let them know and was told they couldn’t do anything to help since no management were there and no other rooms available. I was told in the morning someone will reach out to me which was not the case. We were out and about all day due to the tournament and when we came back we were then told they couldn’t help. We ended up just going to another hotel for the remainder for our tournament. I’m just disappointed in the fact no one was able to help nothing was done as if that was ok and that now I have to bomb my car when we get back home to make sure I didn’t pick up any roaches with me from the hotel room.
Room 129 so please beware!

Positive: Front desk lady went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable. I had to leave before breakfast so she made sure to put in the coffee for me when u dropped my keys off at front desk at 0400. Negative: ""
