Tracey was awesome! I was thinking about purchasing in Medicine Hat and didn’t have a real estate agent lined up. I inquired about one of Tracey’s properties but it turned out to already be sold!

Tracey asked some quick follow up questions and had some properties in mind for what I might be looking for. About a month later we found the right place!

During the negotiation process she gave great advice on what’s reasonable and where the current market conditions sit. She made me feel at ease and that I had the right information to make a good decision. Which is a difficult thing to do in the current hot market in the hat.

In addition to helping me out, she helped show my friend some retirement condos as he was visiting town and was trying to understand the amenities here. He was just starting the initial process of thinking of moving but Tracey dedicated her time and set up some great viewings with all the background research.
