Tracey helped us sell our old home and buy a new (to us) home in Red Deer. She was always very responsive and had no issues getting us into properties we wanted to view. She was always on time for the showings and had good information about the status of the homes, if pricing was fair and if there were other offers coming in. We had very specific requirements for our new home and Tracey was always patient and accommodating of our requirements. When we found something we liked, she got our current home on the market very quickly, and also helped bring a buyer on the first showing! She also recommended a higher price on our home due to low inventory, and we got an excellent price in our sale! Our new home is great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracy as a realtor.

Tracy is not just our realtor now, but our friend! We were strangers before, we were just looking around then, dreaming of our home that someday we will have one. I didn't even know what button did i ever clicked. Then many realtors have reached out. When i say we are not ready yet most of them did not reach out anymore, others even say to reach them out when we are ready. Tracy was different, she called occassionally, i dont even answer her calls. She is not even pushy but regularly we are receiving listings from her until we were ready to view. We viewed 26 houses!!!
