Trails Edge is a beautiful new community within the town of Lake Cowichan. I’ve personally represented a number of clients who have bought and live in Trails Edge and they love the area. Bordered by crown land and the Trans-Canada walking trail, makes this location especially sought after by those who enjoy daily walks, hiking and mountain biking. Builders have enjoyed the entry level price points which work well with the current market, and the small inventory levels and highly desired area ensure a successful sale for builders. Flat, easy to build on, zoning which allows for suites and a building scheme to maintain the beauty of the neighbourhood.

Built here last year and was a pleasure. Trails Edge folks are easy to deal with and supportive. Municipality is fair and communicative. If you love outdoor recreation and fun, this is the location for it!

Great development! We built a house in this development with the intention of selling and moving to Langford, but we love the neighborhood so much that we decided to build another house in the same development. We're looking forward to working with the developer again for a smooth build
