I was a first time home buyer, unsure of how to navigate through the process. I decided to choose Tre as my agent because he had a great reputation and a great personality. I was feeling nervous but Tre guided me through from the beginning to closing. He provided me with constant feedback, he didn't just let me buy a place he helped me pick the one that was best for me. Tre educated me on certain processes and even when I felt stress he took it on himself to remove the stress and deal with it himself. I had a great experience with Tre while dealing with a difficult landlord for our rental. Tre insulated us from all the distractions and managed our expectations throughout the entire process. The condo we selected was just the second unit sent by Tre which further confirmed his understanding of our expectations and style preferences. To further communicate the stellar job he did and our level of trust in Tre, we put our offer in without even seeing the unit in person… the open house hours did not work with our schedules so Tre offered to go visit the unit and sent us videos inclusive of his recommendation. All in all, I will not use anyone but Tre for our real estate needs. Best in the biz!!

Tre was unbelievable and went above and beyond to help us find our dream condo. From the beginning we had a very specific look and layout we were going for and Tré made sure to stay on top of new listings whenever they came available. When it came time to do viewings, Tre made himself available for anytime that we could make work around our busy schedules. Once we knew we wanted to put an offer in, Tre worked around the clock and ensured we had secured the place within 24 hours of viewing it. We had a wonderful experience finding a condo in Toronto with Tre as our realtor! It can be very difficult and stressful trying to find a place to live in a new city as students but Tre made the process extremely easy and streamlined.
