Rented here for over a year. Brand new building when we originally moved in. There is a nice games room and basic gym as amenities. We were in a one bedroom apartment that had a great layout. Appliances were great. In suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. Building manager Husain was awesome. Whenever there was an issue (few and far between) it was quickly resolved. I will say not all dogs in the building are friendly and we did have a few run ins with some aggressive animals so please be careful with your pets but most were well behaved. Relatively quiet building as far as apartments go at least for the fourth floor. Only moved as we were moving to another city to be closer to family.

I wholeheartedly recommend Treanor Terrace to anyone seeking a welcoming and well-maintained living environment with very good amenities (gym, game room, EV charging points, spacious lobby). The past and present facility management team’s support for renters and the dedicated maintenance team make this apartment complex a true gem. My family’s 20-month stay in one of its 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units were a testament to their commitment to excellence, and I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience they provided. The team demonstrated genuine care, friendliness, and respect. This was more than just an apartment; it was a place my family could call home, and it remains an integral part of our immigration story to Canada. Many thanks to the incredible past and present on-ground management team starting with Matthew, Hussain, Ion, Dean, and April.

Love the brand new building. Appliances are great and the layout is awesome. Beautiful flooring and good size balconies. Most people are good and respectful. Quiet considering dogs and children live here. Great gym and games room. Awesome location with shopping nearby. Manager Matthew is doing a great job.
Do have to say the builder was more focused on water features, main entrance furniture than security cameras everywhere to keep tenants safe. Especially in underground parking. Also visitor parking is a nightmare. Waiting for signs stating Treanor visitor parking only or you will be towed. Something that could have gone up in the first place, or security cameras in place and you could see who is parking there from other bldgs or smoking in balconies. Priorities.
A recycling bin by mailboxes is another idea.
Forgot to mention building is very clean, except for the few who don’t care and leave messes or let their dog pee wherever. Cameras would catch that.
The new cleaning lady, Patty is awesome.

I move here in February 2022 Matt the building manager return your email very fast and the service was done the same day I am very please I pick this building the Gym the games room the lobby like fancy Hotel good place to call home
