Came here to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with his childhood friends . Everyone loved it ! We have zero complaints . Plenty of space , fully stocked kitchen & loved the views & hot pool (and they have an Alexa by the pool so you can listen to any music you want. Also loved the rushing sound of the water from the stream . (Some of us did polar plunges in it !) we all want to go
Back . Only downside is that we initially had a lot more people going , but many backed out at the last minute , so 2 couples , 2 singles (and 5 kids) meaning that it was expensive to split up the $2,000 bill for 2 nights . But other than that, I highly recommend this place !

Such a wonderful place to stay! We had an amazing time, and are looking forward to having the chance to come back!
Some of the highlights:
- A hotspring-fed soaking pool that accommodated our entire group with no crowding
- Extremely comfortable rooms, and a camping pad for a couple who wanted to camp outside
- A gorgeous stream basically in the back yard. With the window open, we could listen to it from the house
- A big fire pit right by the stream
- Plenty of parking
- A well-equipped kitchen
- Plenty of bathrooms for our entire group, including 3 rooms with en suite bathrooms with showers

Absolutely loved this stay and soak!! Wow! I never wanted to leave. It’s such a good temperature soak, beautiful scenery, and even better in person. Amazing owners who are responsive and flexible. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. It was the main highlight of our trip. I would love to return! Highly recommended!

We rented this for a group for my 55th bday. Had an amazing time. Loved that there was an Alexa for music and wood for the fire. We did get cold the first night because we didn't realize the heat gets turned off between renters. Thought there would be a Waffle maker and a blender but otherwise the amenities were great. All in all a wonderful place to stay. The hot springs pool was by far worth renting this place! Loved the general area with a waterfall just up the road. Deer and big horn sheep everywhere too.

I don't want to leave a good review because I'm afraid we will never be able to go back, once it's booked solid for years at a time. IT'S AMAZING!! COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE! Best short-term rental we have ever visited. To have a private spring, the hiking, the night time campfires, the cool house, the amazing four-wheel drive trails ...I could continue.... Simply the best.

This place is unique. Lots of 5 star reviews but there are some things that could be better.

Pros:
Nice big hot tub (4 ft deep)
Unique layout of house
Creek runs right next to house
Lots of room to spread out
Nostalgic 90s style house complete with DVD and VHS, Xbox, Wii.
Lots of towels, games, floaties.

Cons:
Needs deep clean as there were cobwebs everywhere (looks like they've been there for a while).
Oven is filled with grease.
Could use an update/remodel
Peeling paint
Plywood roof for hot tub
Sliding door track is bent so door is hard to open/close and would slide open on its own.

Overall it was a good experience, however, not sure we'd go back for this price unless it was cleaned better. Especially since they charge a pretty significant cleaning fee.

This house was rented by our family for 4 nights. It had 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The place had had some wear and tear over the years, but was in decent condition. The beds were good and the coverings and towels and supplies generous. The house backs on to a nicely running stream that provides a sort of continuous background white noise effect. There is a fire pit with plentiful dry wood next to the stream. Unfortunately, the steel ring of the fire pit lacks any holes so the airflow, even though the wood is perfect, actually smothers the fire rather than helping it burn. The highlight of the place is the hot springs heated pool under the house. It is cleverly designed a well maintained to keep the water in the mid 90s all the time. It is only 4 feet deep, but we used it multiple times per day. The real downside is the price. Given the uniqueness of the place, I am not surprised it is high, but I think this is a one time experience for us due to the cost. Loved the mountains and the stay.
