We are elderly and were stressed out by the prospect of downsizing, and moving into an apartment. We chose Trevor because he assured us he would help us address all our downsizing/moving concerns. He answered all our questions promptly and patiently. The the first day on the market saw six showings and four offers all substantially above our asking price by (10 % to 20%). We accepted a conditional offer, dependent on an inspection and cancelled the ten or more showings scheduled for the next couple of days. All went well and we had a check in our hands two weeks later.
