Mr Rob Townsend has truly been a Godsend as my son needed to find a suitable residence off campus in the Guelph area. Rob was highly referred to my husband and me from a friend of ours who had worked with him in the oast to secure housing for her daughter who attended University a year prior.
We were advised that it is extremely difficult for international University students to find off campus safe, affordable and comfortable housing in Canada.. Furthermore, being a young male, it could be even more difficult for landowners to be willing to offer their residence for rental.
