My wife and I lived at Trilogy West for a year but had to move due to my work situation. We really didn't want to leave but had to for my job. Our experience living there was great. Quiet was the big thing for us. Sitting on the deck in the evening watching the sunset was awesome. All the staff we delt with were all great. We would definitely rent there again.

Absolutely worst place I’ve lived. I’ve talked to at least 4 people who have similar things to say, many of which have moved out, including myself. Rent is stupid expensive, let’s be real. They will not clean the place before you move in (there was construction debris in my room) but they will expect it to be spotless when you move out. The microwave was busted when I moved in, took 3 months to get it fixed. The blinds that were busted, also never got fixed. On top of that, it gets ridiculously hot in the summer (it was 83° in my room last October) so get an AC or something. Super disappointed with the management of this place.
