Going on 6 years in this place. Went from a 5 star place to a 1 star. Leasing office is not great at all, miss our old staff. Asked to change this cheap carpet many times, they don't want to do it. We even said that we will move all of the furniture out of the way. Nope, customer is not right. Jill is always right. This carpet is probably more than 7 years old now, all run down. Nothing really luxurious about this place anymore. When amenities break, they will stay broken for a while. BBQ grills are terrible, barely get up to temp. This past summer, the door to the gym was out of order for months. Then the gate to the pool was broken for the entire pool season. Now the outside lights flicker, nope, won't change them. If you say "Luxury Apartments", live up to the name! Stay away people, this place is becoming a dump real quick. Check out the pictures. The only good thing, they finally got a decent garbage valet company.

This community is nice and comforting. I enjoy how private and quite the location is yet so close to all of the shopping centers and businesses. There is an amazing playground, dog park and tennis court right next to the community. The apartments are comfy, given the layouts, space and location you can't beat the price. Jill the Community Manager and her team are so kind and thoughtful. My family and I are happy to finally be moved in and expect to be here for a long time.

The BEST part of this apartment complex is the maintenance team, especially Carlos. They always respond promptly to any concerns. In addition to that, I do recommend the floor plans. Otherwise, the office itself has experienced significant turnover in the last two years leading to what I would describe as poor customer service from individuals who don't care about resident retention. The trash may or may not be picked up, your building may be pressure washed with or without notice to bring your items inside, and the grass outside is dead. The gym equipment is outdated and the pool is frequently dirty. One of the grills has been out of service for months. Therefore, limited amenities. At the time of move in one of the sales pitches we received from someone no longer working at the complex was the community dog park which we quickly found out is a public dog park consisting of primarily dirt. The rate offered to renew our unit was higher than what the unit was going for when posted looking for a new tenant, go figure (great resident retention). It was easier/more convenient to stay until ready to purchase a home but ultimately for the price and amenities it was more beneficial to move elsewhere even for a higher rate.

I went down to the pool today (Memorial Day) to find that Trinity Exchange hired a pool monitor/security that was doing nothing helpful to ensure law, order, or safety to any of the paying residents. However he was very successful in harassing the residents that were there to relax and enjoy their day off, on the holiday. He was extremely unnecessary and over the top, including telling residents where they could and couldn't drink their adult beverages, bottled water, and use their vapes. He made sure to let residents know he would be putting them in his reports for supposed "rule breaking" and even mentioned the cameras on the building were also watching us. I don't know if there would be a better way to tell the people who live here that this isn't home, you just rent here. All I can say is WOW!

Next month I am taking a new roll with a company and came to the Trinity Property to find my Future Home-Apartment. Upon arrival they were busy during the day, however one of the managers Melanie, was able to help us, my roommate and I. We saw a 2 bedroom apartment. We were impressed with the prices and different layouts! Not to even mentions the amenities! Definitely felt welcomed even before moving in! Unfortunately days before commiting we were informed that we are being relocated to North Carolina instead:( we will definitely recommend the property to friends and family!

As a post resident, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The people in the office are extremely rude. They are more about money than about their residents. The pool is filthy, there were days that our trash has not been taken out but we still payed our fees, the maintenance for the grass is horrible you step out of your apartment and you smell animal feces and there were many times that the doggy bags were not filled for days. The move out process is chaotic. We were not walked through anything they just told us to sign stuff and we had to figure out what we were suppose to pay, everything was a surprise. We just got a bill from them last night and we haven’t lived there in over a month. I’m very disappointed. Moving to the area I thought this place would be very nice and convenient however, it turned into a miserable experience. I hope that this review is used as something to build upon and that the complex will work on these problems for future residents. Thank you!

Worst apartment to live in if you’re new to town. We lived there 2023 and we were starting a fresh in a new state. We moved the middle of the month and the apartment didn’t let us know our next rent was still due the beginning of the next month. We thought we would be charged a month after. No reminders and they saw an opportunity to charge us the rent plus lawyer fees which ended up totaling up to $5,000 this left us emptying all our savings just to stay afloat for our daughter (5yrs). We struggled and struggled to keep up. We ended up having to put our money in escrow due to the issues we were having. When we did that they decided to attack to us. Have a hearing without us and kicked us out using the writ of possession. We were almost homeless. These people are terrible!!!! Beware!!!!!!

I went to visit and enjoy the community. Everyone we encountered at the rental office was very nice, and the young lady that helped us was friendly and cheerful. Hopefully we are able to move in June when units become available.
