Gorgeous buildings, and many thanks to Ashley who showed us three different suites. She was extremely professional and was able to answer all of our questions. On our tour, shw was greeted by so many residents with genuine excitement to see her. It gave us such a positive feel for the community. The suites were really impressive, but so were the common areas we traveled through - well kept, clean and smelled good ? great tour!!!!

I would also give 0 stars if I could.
My mother had a (Vincenzo's $50) Christmas cake stolen from the common room on Christmas Eve this past year. (it was labled with her apt # on it-all the residents stock the fridge preemptively when they book the common room). The management (though they watch everyone else like hawks) knew nothing about it. Two weeks later my mum went in to follow up and the husband denied knowing anything saying the cameras were blurry. The wife then spoke up from behind him saying they had, "taken it, eaten it, and it was her fault for leaving it there- and we're not sorry!"
I called the office to follow up and she said the same words, verbatim, to me. I mentioned it was horrible to steal from a senior, let alone at Christmas, ESPECIALLY as she was the manager of the building. She proceeded to tell me not to feel bad for the seniors and that it was my mum's own fault for leaving it there. I have never been spoken to as rudely as I was that day. It was awful.
I contacted the rental company for the building and told them the story and after 10 weeks, no actions were taken, and no apologies given.

Two weeks ago another resident heard the wife laughing and bragging about how she ate the cake and didn't have to pay for it.

I would stay away from this building as its toxic management have no respect for the residents and are not only frequently dishonest with them (as the residents have mentioned on multiple occasions), but steal from them. at Christmas.

Staff is great. They attend to the needs that happen. In a timely manner we enjoy living in the building on Belmont Ave.

I just moved into this amazing apartment building. The staff are super friendly, especially Jocelyn Dradosits, the senior resident manager. She was very welcoming and did my application in hours, Stan was super helpful too. I moved in the next day, and they welcomed me with a wonderful blanket as a gift.
The property is one of the most kept properties in Southern Ontario, if you ask me. The interior is like brand new, very clean, just as you see them on the the ad pictures, what you see is what you get. By the way I got the best parking spot, I can see my car from my balcony. If there is a 6 star i will give it to them.

Very nice staff and they maintain the property nicely. I would’ve given a 5 star, but they really need to do something about the parking situation. The lots are often full, and not just on occasions where people may be having company, so it would be expected. Even on a quiet Sunday, there is no parking, and I have a suspicion that outsiders, or even possibly some residents, are taking advantage of the unmonitored parking spaces. It can be frustrating to have guests over who can’t find parking.

Save yourself time and headache keep looking.

Every day someone random parked in the parking spot they charge us for, and give us bad attitude when we ask for a solution, they ticket your vehicle if you park in visitors. Absolutely horrible service.
