He arranged the listing, all the viewings, prepared a detailed market assessment, recommended a price which was above our expectation, negotiated a sale and arranged all the paperwork directly with the condo board. It was a very smooth and quick process, we got a good price and the sale was largely completed while we were on vacation with minimal involvement. Pathetic management. I had to threaten not to pay rent multiple times during my stay with them so they would fix issues in the apartment.

To put it mildly and simple, they lie about everything. I've been going back and forth for like 2 months to get something fixed (all the time saying it will be fixed, waiting for quotes (which proved to be a lie), etc etc. After 2 months I got fed up and said I'm not paying my rent. 24h later problem solved.

Avoid them at all costs.

Rented a house for year and a half with this company. They claim they follow tenancy laws when in fact they absolutely do not. No proper incoming or outgoing inspections, deduction of another months rent after we had moved out, illegal taking of damage deposit AFTER inspection had been done… I have nothing nice to say about the company honestly. Very unprofessional and need to read up on their tendency laws.
