Terrible experience with landlord. Company bought out apartment complex in Edmonton and is completely unreachable after approving move to a new apartment. Being told to leave a message when called and emailed. Unable to get this new apartment and being left homeless because the nobody is reachable for a referral. Completely unacceptable. They have been given more than a week to get us a referral. Have been an exemplary tenant, but the building is falling apart and need to move. Has been called by new apartment manager multiple times being left straight to voicemail. Loosing new apartment because of this.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Andrew is the most incompetent property manager I have dealt with. I had several issues with my condo and not only did he ignore my calls when I had to call the police he failed to upkeep and maintain the property. I would proceed with extreme caution if you are getting involved with Tristone Property Management. They will not help you and Andrew will blow you off and do the bare minimum to check a box that he "did something". 0/5

**Half of the things you stated in the comment back did not get done and all we asked as a building was you to handle the issues at hand, which you ignored. You were not cooperative with police and we ended up having to deal with it because of your lack action. After you left, major things have been solved, so thank you for firing yourself. This building is much better without you.
