My family had a great experience with Triton Property Management. Aj kept us informed of potential properties that came available as we were preparing to relocate to Yellowknife. We found an ideal place and the house was immaculate when we moved in. Aj was always quick to respond to any concerns and kept us informed of any condo or property management details with plenty of notice, and was always accommodating to our schedule. Triton is a friendly, family oriented, quality property management company - that is not always an easy find in Yellowknife or the North. Some of the topics discussed in other reviews are not in Triton's control - i.e. heating and utility company schedules and management, etc. When we left Yellowknife, Aj and the team was just as accommodating. If we ever relocate back to Yellowknife, Triton will be who we call first.

Nice people, But! Just another pathetic predatory rental company in YK. Happy to abuse the community they serve and making sure the nursing community knows where to steer clear of. 👍

Over 14 days with our furnace off, 400.00+ dollars for a heating bill. Yes that is definitely working as intended. Safe Apartment unit being sold. 🧥
update: management reached out saying they are trying to resolve billing… that was 3 weeks ago.

Do not sign anything after you sign your lease, we are being sent pictures of literal specs of dust and charged cleaning fees, after the inspector failed to show up to our appointed meeting. 😂
My partner and I were left for 3 days without hot water, (we were calling and messaging constantly) and were rented a unit that had a gas leak in the furnace, Which they lied about “not knowing about” after the fact. Even though the utilities company knew about it.

Word to the wise - if you are looking to rent a place from them, and they ask for an “ideal” move-in date, say “as soon as possible!” They are not actually requesting your preferred moving date, rather, they are requesting when you can move in soonest so they can prioritize you.

My terrible experience: found a place that I was very interested in. It was available Feb 1 2022 according to the ad. Great. Applied for the place and things seemed to be moving along well until I was told that someone else would be able to move in sooner. The move-in date? Some time in January. PRIOR to the advertised date. I was not made aware of this, or I would’ve attempted to move in earlier myself!!

Found this to be completely unprofessional - left a terrible taste in my mouth. Thanks for wasting my time, Triton Property Management!
