Me and my wife went over to renew both our car registrations. We were in and out before we knew it. Didn’t really took long to wait. Thanks for the very good customer service provided by Jennyline. It’s our second year in a row being helped by her. And she’s really good at her job!

Everytime I go in to get assistance with a objective I am polite and respectful, there always somthing wrong with what I am trying to accomplish, in this case it was a trailer registry, I have Invoice watermarked paid aswell as CVIS, with VIN Apparently this doesnt prove ownership it needs a signature.

According to her canadian tire is exempt from these rules and a quick Google search says an invoice is considered a bill of sale for trailers, being they are not motor vehicles.

I said this is the invoice and CVIS showing paid and transferring the trailer over to myself.

Her response was, well it should take long to get a signature, clearly this clerk has no value of people's time and what it takes to run a business, now I have an
paid invoice that apparently doesn't mean anything, and have to inconvenience the shop I bought the trailer from.

maybe ill send my wife in, she never has a problem, maybe a little bit of discrimination going on here

The staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The lines moved quickly, and the facilities were clean and well-organized.

I was in and out with my new license in under 30 minutes. The staff even offered to take my photo again when I wasn't happy with the first one.
