When we finally made the difficult decision to downsize and sell our family home of 25 years, we went to Trudy to help us navigate our way through the world of Real Estate. Trudy helped us price our family home right so a quick sale at our asking price allowed us to make an offer and secure the perfect new home for our family which, by the way, Trudy found for us as well.

What we really like about Trudy is that she really listens to what her clients want. She never showed us anything outside of our price range, focussing only on properties that put a check mark in every one of our boxes. In addition, all through this very stressful process, Trudy’s expertise and professionalism made the whole journey much smoother than expected.

Last but not least, Trudy and Sara are an absolute joy to work with. They are both honest, knowledgeable, thoughtful and hard working. Since they live in the same community they serve, they have a good working knowledge of the market and always have their clients’ best interest at heart. If we ever decide to move again, we will definitely use Trudy again to both sell our home and buy a new one. From listing our place, to getting us a new one she has always 100% taken care of us. I never had to worry if she was getting things done in a timely fashion, I never had to follow up with her asking if we had any viewings coming up because she was always in contact, and we never had our house listed long enough to even worry about a plan B.
