My fiance and I are first time home-buyers. We weren't planning on looking for a condo until next year, but we met with Elisse for a look at a random property we were interested in. We felt no pressure from the TruHome team to buy immediately or wait until next year, but decided to look at the properties in our area anyways.

We worked with Michael during our search and he was the best! He was consistently responsive to all of our communications, and was able to organize viewings at short notice. He was able to accommodate our schedule and was able to do all our evening viewings. We viewed a lot of properties, and really appreciated his honest opinion on each one, and his perspective from his background in renovation. He is also just a really easygoing person who we had fun doing viewings with!

Being first time home-buyers, we were a little worried that we would be pressured into purchasing a property as we weren't exactly sure how any of the processes work. We never felt pressured, and Michael even cautioned us to look at all of the properties available before rushing into any decision. The property we ended up buying was one we saw in our last round of viewings, so I'm really glad we waited! Michael was really great at explaining how everything worked, exactly what we needed to do at each step, and we are really happy with how everything has proceeded.

We are so happy we were able to work with Michael and Elisse (before she was too busy having her baby ;). We found the perfect condo for us, and are so excited to move in. We really can't recommend the TruHome team enough!
