My experience with Truman Homes has been amazing. From the moment we purchased our preconstruction in 2022 to now. The communication and customer service has been excellent. We will gain possession this month and we cannot be more happy that we went with Truman Homes for our first out of province home purchase.

I highly recommend Truman Homes for anyone looking to purchase a home.

I moved in on Dec.2 and I just wanted to acknowledge the painter I had the pleasure of working with. Kamran was nothing short of amazing. Mentioned to me that he would stay as long as I needed him to make sure the job was done perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Another shout out to Sammy as well. She just started recently with the company, she is super hands on and dealt with all the needs and concerns I had.

We have sent two inquiries to Truman Homes through the website, phoned and received the contact information for the Timberstone Ridge representative, left a voicemail and sent a text message all with no response over the course of three weeks.

Update- The requests and voicemails were left under Claire and Sam Metteer. We did "request more information" as you suggested (twice) and though we never received the spec sheets the website advertised, we do now receive spam emails about other Truman builds. We also never received a callback from the representative we left a voicemail with.

I purchased one of Truman upcoming Condominium at Calgary. I must say their homes are very affordable compare to there counter parts. My mode of communication so far with is company is via email and phone and I must say I am impressed. I got reply in time. Also confirmation of payment was follow-up accordingly. I highly recommend this company. I won't mind buying another property in a heart beat when I have enough funds for down payment offcourse. Keep up the good work Truman Homes!

I recently visited the Cavallo Cityscape property by Truman Homes with my sister, who decided to rent there, and I was thoroughly impressed. Truman Homes truly lives up to their reputation for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The building is beautifully designed and well-maintained, reflecting the company's passion for their work.
However, what stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Maliha Ali. She was incredibly accommodating and ensured that everything went smoothly for my sister. Maliha's dedication and work ethic are rare and commendable-she's a true asset to Truman Homes. The unit was recently completed, and we were highly impressed with Truman’s customer service and the seamless closing process. The craftsmanship in our unit is outstanding, with every detail finished to perfection. The condo was move-in ready, requiring no additional work or upgrades.
