En tant que nouveaux résidents au Canada prêts à acheter notre première maison, je suis bien content que nous ayons fait appel à Lucas et Sebastian pour inspecter la maison. Leur professionalisme et compétence sont indéniables. Ils ont passé beaucoup de temps à répondre à toutes mes questions et m'expliquer clairement toutes leurs recommandations en détails. Le niveau de détails de leur inspection était au delà de mes attentes. J'étais impressionné. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié leur franchise; si quelque chose n'a pas été fait correctement ou aurait pu être mieux fait, ils le disent clairement.

Highly recommended! I was very impressed by their level of expertise, professionalism and willingness to explain every little detail they could find about the house. Being newcomers in Canada and about to buy our first house, I learnt a lot during the inspection and was really grateful for the vast amount of details, explanations and recommendations they were able to provide. Lucas avait fait l'inspection de notre maison lorsque nous en avons fait l'achat il y a 4 ans. Nous avions été très satisfaits de son attitude professionnelle et honnête ainsi que de son rapport très détaillé et des conseils qu'il nous a donnés pour nous aider à prendre soin de notre maison. Nous avons maintenant décidé d'acheter une nouvelle propriété qui convient mieux à notre famille grandissante et il était évident pour nous que Lucas allait faire l'inspection de notre future maison. Cette fois-ci encore, ses explications étaient claires et bien informées, faciles à comprendre pour quelqu'un qui n'est pas dans le domaine de la construction. Nous avons eu des réponses à toutes nos questions et nous avons aussi appris plusieurs choses à propos du fonctionnement de notre future maison.
