I reached out to Tyee homes once I seen a home design on Pinterest. yes Pinterest it has to be a great design otherwise you would never see it on that site.
anyway I reached out to Tyee homes and Carl indicated to me that they do not build in my area which is Ontario Canada. Therefore I requested from Carl if I could have an idea of the house dimensions so that I could build this particular style on our lot pending on the plans.

Carl and Tyee homes were professional and very courteous and quick to respond to my request. I would have no issues of having Carl and his team build my home if they could in Ontario. If my family and I move to BC again they will be the builders of my choice.

Again they are professional and their designs are gorgeous and seeing their portfolio I would have them build anytime for me .

keep up the great work Carl and hoping one day you can build anywhere in Canada.

Called and emailed to look at building a 2,000 sq ft home and they couldn't even bother to call me back. So sorry I bothered them with my petty request to spend $400k or $500k.
