My husband and I consider ourselves blessed to have worked with Tyson as our real estate agent when moving to the Chilliwack area and cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone looking to do the same. We went with Tyson over other referrals because of his combination of experience and ease of communication (other experienced realtors that we interviewed in the Chilliwack area seemed overly talkative and/or dismissive). Throughout the house hunting process we found Tyson to always be prepared, respectful of our limited time, responsive to our messages, and a helpful coach in discerning what we most wanted within our budget. We eventually came to realize that what we wanted most was to live in a specific neighborhood—but, by the time we realized this, there were no longer any homes on the market in that neighborhood. Knowing this, Tyson took it upon himself to door-knock and canvas the neighborhood, and found several owners interested in selling their home! We decided to offer on a home in the process of being remodeled, which is an inherently more complex transaction, but felt reassured because Tyson took ample time to make sure we understood everything involved in the contract, and because his experience and wisdom in the negotiation and removal of the subjects was apparent. Lastly, it should be noted that prior to closing, our lawyer complimented Tyson to us for his overall organization and his work in putting together the contract.
