I lived here for 2 years and had no complaints. Only left because I moved provinces. The location is great and the unit itself is very quiet. The building is very clean and the maintenance guy works very hard and always happy to help. I had a great view of the sunrises over the mountains. Great little spot and pet friendly which is hard to find.

I have lived in this building for 3 years and it was great living there. I never wanted to leave this building or move to any other place if I didn’t had to move to other province. Isaac, the building manager is extremely co-operative and helpful. He make sure of hygiene and maintenance. Overall, it’s a great place to live.

I lived in the apartment for a year and a half and it was nothing short of excellent. The cleanliness and upkeep of the building and its surroundings were always great. I am impressed by the level of care and dedication given to the property, the common areas, the lobby, hallways, and and apartment itself are extremely well maintained and the views from the apartments are grand. The building manager Issac is very approachable, polite, honest and respectable and is promptly available to address any concerns. I truly had a nice time living there.

This building was AMAZING! I lived there for 2 years and only left because I moved provinces. The upkeep of the building is stunning and always clean, and the management staff is easy to reach at anytime! The building is quiet and super close to everything you could need!
